Yes, We too recommend you to add a gift note to every product included in the gift as not all products ship together. If you are placing a bulk order , we can work with you to print a custom gift card to be included in your custom order.
Why not..?? Kindly mention about your coupons / rewards won, at the time of billing. (provided it is still valid). However redemption cannot be made at the time of booking

Return / Cancellation Policy
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don’t worry. We will take back the defective item and provide you with a new item as replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the defective/damaged item. You can write to us at info@events.alnaya.org or call us at +971 58 937 0128 and we will take care of it.
Once the item is delivered to you, No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest (within 24 hrs). You can write to us at info@events.alnaya.org or call us at +971 58 937 012808 .
We do not guarantee refund for cases where:
- Items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
- Cancellation/modification request made after the product is shipped for delivery.
- In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order , we will reimburse your payment in full.
To cancel the order you have to intimate us on +971 58 937 0128 before 48 hours of delivery time. No refund on booking. If fully paid, 50% of your amount will be refunded within 7 working days after the request. No refund once the item is delivered.
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

Delivery Related Queries
We deliver our orders all over India and UAE.
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe mentioned during the order placement process. However, in some cases it gets delayed beyond our control, due to unforeseen circumstances. We request you to wait for the defined timeslot to get over. You can also send an email to info@events.alnaya.org if the delivery slot is over.
Once you place the order at events.alnaya.org , you would get a thank you message immediately and a confirmation email as well as confirmation SMS will also be sent.
In some cases the order gets delayed beyond our control. Our team will be monitoring these orders and will send you regular updates. We request you to wait for the defined timeslot to get over.
If the delivery is still delayed you can write us to info@events.alnaya.org or call us @ +971 58 937 0128.
In such cases Al Naya will not be responsible and we will not be refunding the amount paid. The order will be considered a delivered.
